How do I find my way around the web site? With literally 1000's of products on offer, it can be a little daunting. On the left hand side of the screen we've divided our product range into categories. Each of these areas is then divided further by sub-categories, helping you get to the area you're interested in quickly. Depending on the product range you wish to browse, there may be more categories to 'drill down' through which will further help us present you with the products you require. You may also be interested in our "Search" facility
I cannot find what I am looking for! If you are unable to find a product by browsing the categories, you may find the "Search" facility helpful. The search page can be opened by clicking on the link at the bottom of the left hand menu or the tab towards the upper right of the page. By using the search page, you can choose to enter text, choose manufacturer, maximum price and category. You can use as many or as few of these options as required to give you the best results. For example, entering BATH as the search text and selecting GROHE as the manufacturer and 50 for maximum price will generate a selection of Grohe bath products that are £50 or less - bath taps, bath wastes, bath fillers etc.
I've used the Search page and still cannot find what I am after! It is possible that the product you require is not currently listed on the Poshflush web site - we are constantly working on bringing more and more quality products at discount prices to our loyal customer base, however, this all takes time. For any product not listed on our site simply send an email to sales@poshflush.com giving as much information about the item as possible and we will be happy to quote our best price providing we can supply it. Alternatively, call us on 0844 7366 293 (office hours) to speak to one of our sales team.
Are all your items in stock? Yes! Apart from where stated. Unfortunately we do on occasions have multiple purchases on the same day depleting the stock to zero. If your item is not available you will be informed immediately and given a forecast delivery date. We will also offer you a full refund at this point should the delivery date not be suitable. Payment and delivery How do I pay for my order? Our preferred payment is by either Debit or Credit card via our online secure payment gateway at Protx or Paypal. Which ever you prefer. Are my card details safe? Yes! We use Protx & Paypal as our payment gateway - they are the UK's no.1 and utilise the latest technologies to ensure your personal details are kept secure by encrypting all information you enter before it passes through the Internet. For extra security and privacy, Poshflush.com (One Stop Agency Ltd) does not have access any credit card numbers from our customers payments. Can I pay by cheque? Yes - you will need to provide us with a list of the products you wish to purchase and we will provide you with a pro-forma type invoice. Once payment is received we will reserve your items provisionally, however, your order will not be fully processed and delivered until payment has successfully cleared - this can take 7 to 14 days.
My online payment failed with an "Insufficient Fraud Checking Score" - what does this mean? To protect both our customers and ourselves from illegal card fraud, we require the payment details you enter to meet certain criteria. It is important to provide accurate information when entering your payment details, paying particular attention to your card number, name as it appears on your card, the first line of your address including house number, you post code and the 3-digit CV2 number on the rear of your card. Your payment can fail for other reasons too including insufficient funds, high spend, multiple purchases within a short timescale or card expired etc. If you do experience a problem with your payment, please call on 0844 7366 293 and we'll do our best to help. What happens once my payment has been processed? You'll receive an email confirmation of the successful transaction including a list of all items on your order. We strongly recommend that you double-check these with our web site to ensure you receive the correct items at the time of delivery - items ordered incorrectly are likely to incur charges for collection/replacement and will almost certainly introduce a delay. We begin processing your order as soon as it arrives. Depending on the items ordered, delivery times can vary from 2 days up to 4 or more weeks. Within 24hrs of your order (excluding weekends), we will provide you with provisional, suitable delivery date(s). For orders with longer lead times, we will contact you again nearer the time to arrange a suitable delivery day. How much are your delivery charges? We charge £10 for all 'small' items taps and shower valves etc and £30 for all other items. One Bath + One Toilet + One Shower + Set of taps = £30 max price delivery One Bidet Tap + One Basin Tap + Shower Valve = £10 max price delivery Orders that involve numerous items from various sources will sometimes involve more than one delivery. But you will only be charged the one delivery price. We do promise that we will get your order to you as quickly as we can. Do I get an invoice? We will send you an electronic invoice and this can be printed off for your records if required. General buying advice - Do's Do Measure and plan carefully before ordering - items ordered in error will cause delays and collection/replacement fees. Do Seek the advice of a professional tradesman for technical help - we are happy to help where possible but we can only guide you and make no guarantees that any advice given will be correct. Do Take a good look around our site. For example, many Sagittarius taps have coordinating accessories available which help round off the look and feel of your bathroom. Try the search facility and perhaps enter the name of the design range to view all applicable products. Do Call us on 0844 7366 293 if you need help with anything. Do Double-check the information you enter at the checkout, paying particular attention to your email address - we need this to send you updates of your order's progress. Do Give as much information as possible at the checkout screens - there is space for entering an alternative contact telephone number which may make contacting you easier. Don't Book any plumber or other tradesman until delivery has been confirmed - our aim is to always exceed expectations with regards to delivery but there are rare occasions where our initial provisional delivery date cannot be met for various reasons. Due to the nature of the products on offer, sometimes a breakage can occur in transit.
Poshflush.com (One Stop Agency Ltd) cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to delayed delivery or goods damaged in transit - we will of course arrange replacement if this is the case. Don't Attempt installation of your products without first reading any supplied instructions/manuals and ensuring you have the correct tools for the job.
The old DIY tip - "Measure twice, cut once" should be remembered too as a simple error in measuring can result in your new product being rendered useless.
